The hotel wasn't clean, elavator was broke for 2 weeks. The elder lady at the front desk was very rude. Only good thing was the elder man Willy, he was respectful, good sense of humor and went out of his way to help us with every need.
This hotel is in need of a major update. Even though the listing says hot tub, there is not one, just a pool. The elevator was broken when we were there. The back entrance was propped open a majority of the time and the bottom glass was smashed (we tried to avoid thinking about how that happened). Breakfast is available and has decent options - eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, juice. Location is good - short distance to downtown Carmel, Zionsville, Noblesville, or Fishers.
