If you see a review from someone named "Kimberly Dyson," here's the version for those who had the misfortune of spending time with her and the other hockey fans who were with her. Children screaming and running through the hallways while their parents had long, drawn-out conversations outside doorways filled with laughter and shouts, teenagers moaning in the hallways late at night, and doors opening and closing. The location is great for convenience and nightlife. However, this particular hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Not one thing was topped up during our whole weekend stay there for a hockey tournament and the staff weren't very friendly. They looked miserable. Not even the garbages were emptied. Half of the place was under construction and there was no elevator so if you have a stroller or numerous bags, expect to take multiple trips. The rooms are TINY and narrow! We just needed a clean and simple stay with a good rate - as we had early morning appointments in Kingston - and that is exactly what we got. The rooms were small, but well laid out and met all of our needs. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond with kindness. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!
Absolutely terrible extremely loud from the next room above us the hallway can hear everything and everyone and it took us a half hour to check in because they can't even program the cards will never return do yourself a favor and go somewhere else plus they stick it your bill halfway under the door so random strangers can just grab it to see all your personal information will never be back also mold in the shower in our room
