My stay was okay overall, but my experience with the front desk was disappointing. Ian came across as dismissive and unprofessional during our interactions. I felt like my questions were treated as an inconvenience rather than handled with basic courtesy. Customer service sets the tone for a hotel stay, and unfortunately this interaction left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this so future guests have a better experience
If I could leave a review lower than 1 I would. We spent the weekend in Huntington for our nieces wedding and had multiple rooms. The rooms were dirty when you walk in and need to be vacuumed thoroughly. We had leaks on several of the bathroom faucets and 1 tub didn’t drain properly even after making a complaint. We stayed for 3 nights and the rooms were not serviced 1 time. We placed our bathroom linens in the hall the third day and they were picked but they did not provide new linen until I went and asked for them. Breakfa... read more
The room was so clean (one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in before)! The room was laid out so thoughtfully with a lot of useful storage. The staff was friendly. The hotel was a great value for the price!
