A clean, updated mid-range hotel. Our stay was very comfortable.
My family and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Duluth area. The inside of the hotel is really nice with a big pool. Breakfast was really good here and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. The location for the price was perfect. It's a quick and easy ride downtown. Everything about this hotel was great. Thanks for making our stay in Duluth awesome!
Price is good, location close to downtown and the lake. Breakfast is good for the same price so you can save money on one meal. Room smells funny too much humidity but it was clean and full equipped with microwave, fridge, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We stayed 2 days and 2 nights for a family trip. Our family from Texas were amazing with the location and the prices.
We live in town and wanted to stay somewhere with a hot tub, pool and sauna for my birthday. Comfort Inn is always clean, great hot continental breakfast. Thank you for the birthday chocolates, and popcorn and bottle water that was waiting in our room when we checked in. That was an awesome personal touch.
Great stay and staff Staff was very friendly and attentive. The original room was a bit small, and the air conditioner was chirping constantly. I video recorded this, and went to the front desk with this video asking if this could be fixed. She said, "not right away, I will move you to an upgraded room." Big improvement! We were at a Baymont, Holiday Inn during our trip, Comfort Inn was the only one without water flow restrictors and a multistream shower that actually works.
