Best Comfort Inn in the USA, just my opinion. Staff is so nice, breakfast is always good and the whole place is clean. Pool and hot tub are well maintained which hardly ever happens at any of the others. Rooms are simple but well maintained which hardly. Need bigger pillows in my opinion. But a great cozy spot in good ole DeLuth
The staff was great from start to finish. Went there for a basketball tourney, and the manager Amanda got my team all set. Evening staff was great same with the breakfast crew. Loved the lady closing their bar who spent 20mins or so chatting with me about our games, everyone was very friendly. Had an issue with one of the rooms and it was taken care of right away with no problems whatsoever. Definitely will stay here again if we play in this same tourney!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. Because I was booking under a group rate for my daughter’s basketball team, I had to make the reservation over the phone. The employee who took my reservation misspelled my name and email address, which meant I never received a confirmation email. The day before our arrival, I received a reminder text. Tiene detalles confortables. Las galletas y el café, periódicos, juegos de mesa. El desayuno es muy completo y el personal es amable. Muy bonitos jardines para estar al aire libre, esto es importante. Amplio parking. El piso superior es original Con vistas a la piscina y sector de desayuno. Este fin de semana volvimos y seguimos pensando que es el mejor y quiero destacar la calidez de todos los que trabajan aquí.
