Edward was amazing help when we needed to get into a room very early in the morning. Great customer service
Lady at front desk was terrible. I got a hotel to get 4 hrs of sleep before going to the airport. She could not find my reservation even with the confirmation number through booking.com she told me to step out of line and let the other customers go first. Absolutely terrible experience. Would never come back.
