ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the way my cousin was treated while TRYING to stay in this hotel ON HER WEDDING NIGHT. I wish I could review the stay BUT SHE NEVER GOT TO STAY THERE. My aunt booked a room as a wedding night gift for her daughter, when my cousin arrived late at night she was turned away. The room was fully booked and paid for and she was LITERALLY turned away at 3 am because the INCOMPETENT staff couldn’t be bothered to call a manager to verify the reservation. We thank you for your feedback and have looked into the situation that occurred on Saturday night. While we cannot go into too much detail, much of what you write is not accurate, as this has been discussed with the person who made the reservation. We can tell you that we did all we could to accommodate the bride and groom, and a manager was contacted at 3 am due to a challenge that arose during check-in, and our staff tried their best to help remedy this with the guest. RecommendedI love ❤️ staying in this hotel. The suites are large and the breakfast room is well appointed. I love the 24 hours hot tub and swimming pool!
