If I could give ZERO stars I would. We’ve stayed here many many times spent a lot of money at this hotel as well as our friends. This time was HIGHLY disappointing. I booked online like normal two weeks prior to our stay. Choice hotel was offering a discount for essential workers as a thank you for our service. Ms. Pratt, we do apologize over the miscommunication over the special rate plan Choice has in place on the Essential workers. This rate plan is for all workers that are staying at Choice property’s that are working in the area due to the covid-19. Your room wasn’t pre-paid priori to your arrival, only gtd with your credit card. I like this motel because it is the only one sitting on this exit. It is always busy because of all the sxs riders. They have room for incoming vehicles and trailer, and you can actually park sxs around motel and not have to worry about thieves. You have trails all around you, and can drive on roadways. Great experience.

I would like to give a special thanks to TJ for the hospitality at the Comfort Inn. We enjoyed our stay most of all our service was exceptional. Thank you for making our trip excellent. We will be coming back.
Their beds are so comfortable. First time in years thst I woke up without a backache. I wish they had an indoor pool and hot tub.
RecommendedRooms are great! Every single employee has been friendly and helpful.
we stayed here and our room was never cleaned still had garbage from the people who stayed in in before us. The floors were never swept. I talked to front desk they didn't take anything off bill. The front desk sent the pictures I took to manager and still no call to make it better or apology. I have picture if anyone would like to see.
