RecommendedCLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF, NICE POOL, THE BANQUETS HALL ARE VERY NICE , THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT I HAD ENOUGH TOWELS, TOILETRIES FOR 3DAYS AND I WAS THERE FOR 1NIGHT.

Get what you pay for I suppose. Had the junior suite with no heat. AC was maxed out. Turned the thermostat to warm and got nothing but cold air. Called the front desk for help and was offered more blankets. Poor lady. I could tell was frustrated herself that she couldn't do anything to help me. Apparently that side of the hotel is either all heat or all cold. Management gave me a 25% discount and told me to remember for next time. Next time? There is no next time. All of my questions were answered prior to my big event, and I must have called 50 plus times. � you all made sure all my changes were noted on file, and never gave me push back on any changes I wanted to make. The food was really good! And I was so relieved you were able to accommodate all our vegetarian and vegan friends on their dinner.
