I have always stayed at this hotel when in Rochester. I haven’t stayed anywhere else in years. Tonight when I checked in I was told I couldn’t get a room upgrade because corporate didn’t put it in their notes on my reservation. I explained that I had never obtained a room upgrade this way. Rooms dirty desk clerk rude. Substandard Pool unavailable hot tub u available! That’s why I stayed here. Really sucks don,t recommend!

DISCUSTING. Very poorly cleaned. They made us choose between a room with a cockroach running around or one with a rotten apple under the bed. Told us to make a complaint to have a compensation, they never responded.
Just got back from the hotel. Discusting. There was cockroach in the bathroom and rotten apple under the couch. People dont go there, save your money. Very unclean. Dont go there !!! We tried contacting them to get s refund they never answered our emails.
by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. outdated, dirty, and worst hospitality ever. we only booked it for puporses of airport shuttle and parking for the week. the shuttle was 45 mins late picking us up and the front desk person hung up the phone on me. will never stay here again. disgusting.
this isn't what they show on the web site said poolnwas in fine condition yet its not done. was told the beds in a suite was double um no maybe full size. manger son was hateful when asked why he tried charging us more that what we were quoted with choice hotels, then had an attitude when I showed him my reservation. he says he credited it. hotel wasn't what they said no breakfast served no grab and go over the weekend outdated tv outdated on some rooms. although the first time here, I would recommend it if I came back, and maybe would try to come back for sure if we were in the area.
Nice place to stay for several nights to discover Tampa city and Tampa bay beaches around
