Room smelled normal which is rare to find, nice & clean, young lady at front desk provided excellent service while being exceptionally nice. I didn't like the looks of any of the breakfast.
No hot water both nights. Parking is horrible if you have a truck and trailer.
This hotel is way older but it does look like they are trying to update. The carpet was frayed,the bathtub is definitely needs a new one. Upon checking out the desk people were very rude. Phone calls were more important than the guest. The towels looked dirty and feels like sand paper. The rooms are so dark even with the lamps on.
What sets this hotel apart is the employees! Every single employee I encountered was so nice and helpful. Every single one! When I checked in for a weeklong stay by myself, Kenneth could not have been any more patient and accommodating and just plain nice. There are not many hotels in Blairesville, this one sets itself apart with excellent customer service…..and I can tell that whoever is doing the hiring is geared towards customer satisfaction! The extensive, included hot breakfast is also keeping everyone happy!
