The outside and corridors are a little dated. Our room was spacious and clean. A/C was very cold. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was suppose to have a microwave. It didn't. My card was charged $25 and was only supposed to be on the account for "damages". I've called twice this morning and no one will answer the phones! Very frustrating.
Met all my expectations for this chain. Clean room, quiet, friendly, good coffee and good breakfast.
Very nice renovations with new room decor and new mattresses.
