Low end motel, ok not the worst but breakfast pretty bad and s Cigarette but cans all other.
We just chose this place because my husband is a choice P member and he had points so this was the only hotel near the ferry that we could use his points with and it was just for one night. But boy, oh boy were we disappointed and it always seems that we're disappointed with choice. So check in went okay. They're working from an old school system using Roladex. The hotels kind of dated. The GM Devon Cromwell doesn't want business. Try and talk to her on the phone about an issue... And she hangs up on you. Terrible customer service. Most rude manager in a hotel I've ever talked to. Should be fired.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support with this hotel and its booking company, choice hotels. I made an honest mistake booking, which I totally own. I thought I was booking through the hotel directly but apparently I booked through choice hotels which has a no cancellation policy and you can’t make any changes to the reservation.
