Have a better process for when computer system denies credit cards. I gave the guy 4 different credit cards all coming back denied. I called credit card company and they said they have no Record of them even trying to swipe the card. Guy behind the desk would not admit it was their system even with credit card company telling him there was nothing wrong with our card. We stayed at this Comfort Inn twice the week of July 4th while traveling back and forth to our vaca destination. On our way back home when we arrived at the Comfort Inn, our room had not been cleaned yet. Zane, the General Manager, made it 110% right. He was super busy and working alone at the front desk. He remained cool, calm, and collect even under pressure. Zane is an asset to this company! Thank you for a great nights stay!
The room and bathroom was small. We could not get the temperature to a comfortable setting. It was unbearably hot and super cold when we just shut everything off in frustration. We were told that they do not host parties anymore because of inconvenience to customers actually staying the night. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, ample parking, easy on off the interstate. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great place to stay, the kids loved the pool and slide, and the water was warm. Breakfast was so so.

Far exceeds quality of regular a run of the mill Comfort Inn. I was organizing an event in Dickinson, flying people in from all over the country, and making a series of almost 40 separate and different reservations. Changes every day. The staff worked so hard to accommodate my group, even putting snacks, pop, and extra water in rooms, shuttles all around town and to the airport and at a moment’s nice. Amazing service and EVERY GUEST raved: Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and super friendly staff.
This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and they had fresh coffee when I got there after a long drive! I appreciate the commitment to excellent service, I received!
We had a wonderful experience! But the pool area could use a little cleaning up and updating. But my 2 and 4 year old didn't care at all! They had a blast!
