MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFULL FOR EVERY THINGS WE NEED. STAFF WAS VERY FRENDLY. VERY CLEAN.
This is a great hotel for the value. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good with yogurt and cereal and oatmeal and a waffle maker. The hotel is right off the expressway and has access to many shopping sites. Hotel Manager Mike is a great guy and provides excellent service.
Older somewhat remodeled. Carpet in rooms needed cleaned, smoke detector went off with low battery at 3am. The refrigerator was frozen and won’t cool so I had to shut it off for a day to thaw it out then worked fine.Looks more like a junkyard in the back with all the broken down cars,trucks and lawnmowers.
Qaulity Inn forgot what quality means , checking inn staff didn't know what she was doing. Gave a customer the wrong key opened another customers room..our room was dirty smelled of pee. Hair on bed curtains stained pee stains on couch. Told the owner when leaving just said oh I'm sorry..I would not recommend this to hotel too anyone. Poorly ran..
