WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I BOOKED THROUGH HOTELS COM AND TWO DAYS LATER WHEN I ARRIVED TO CHECK IN, THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME THERE WAS NO RESERVATION AND THEY DIDNT HAVE ROOM FOR ME. I WENT AND CHECKED IN SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CALLED HOTELS COM TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, ONLY TO DISCOVER THEY HAD CHARGED MY CARD! CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE RUDE MANAGER AND HE SAID IT WASNT HIS FAULT THAT IT WAS HOTEL COM'S FAULT. ITS A BIG OLD SCAM AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS SHIT HOLE OR USING HOTELS COM
Amazing place to stay!! The rooms are clean and best of all the staff is GREAT!!
