It's simple and cheap most of the time. Rooms have always been pretty clean when I stay. Beds are average. Can be a bit of noise from other guests. There is some great food joints close by which makes up for the lack of dining available.
Large and spacious rooms with clean linen. This hotel is well located for Cleveland amenties and shops. Helpful reception staff. Only surprise is why such large rooms have a tiny ironing board which is next to useless.
Location wise, the accommodation is great. However, didn't realise it was a hotel for emergency accommodation. Walked outside and guests were smoking a crack pipe in the carpark. Loud music and smells of marijuana in the hallway. If I'd have seen the reviews on google I would not have booked here. Didn't feel safe because of the guests staying there. Blood on sheets, cockroaches and mould. Charged $170 for one night despite us being so grossed out that we left without using the room. We sent photos and called but we were told there is no possibility of a refund despite the room literally being unsanitary and them confirming the state of the room when we informed them of the issues. It just isn't safe and I am horrified that any hotel would allow this standard.
