There were blood stains on the edge of shower curtain and bed sheet, everything else was alright. Parking is separate, $20 for the night, FYI.
Great service and location, very close to Clifton Hill and the falls. Was surprised that we had to pay $20/night for parking even though we’re staying there, they should’ve mentioned that online. Room was very small and linens looked untidy. We kept sneezing the whole time. My son also enjoyed their pool and breakfast so that’s a plus.
They have bed bugs, I don't recommend staying there. I Stay 2 nights. Oct 15-17, 2025. My body is covered in bedbug bites. Update..Oct 29, 2025 I have emailed and call the hotel after reading their response to me, so far NO one has reply to my email or call me back, whenever I call they always tell me the manager is not available. If they can't even response to a simple email, after they request I contact them, then they probably did not get rid of the bedbug infestation. I stayed at the Comfort Hotel in Niagara Falls and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. My car was parked overnight in the paid parking area, right in front of the back doors and directly under multiple security cameras. Despite this, my vehicle — along with two others that same night — was broken into, and several personal items were stolen.
