We had Jake Dunham for a furnace concern. We had called Comfort Heating by 9 am and they always are courteous and helpful. We were promptly offered an appointment for the same day and our problem was resolved quickly. This is not the first time Jake has been to our home. Rather it be maintenance or a concern we have had nothing less than a positive experience.

Our experience with Comfort Heating was fantastic. At each stage of the service we were provided timely updates and everyone we dealt with was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided service and communication exactly as promised. Jake, the technician servicing our boiler was knowledgeable and patiently answered all our many questions. I highly recommend them.

Our furnace went out at our office and Jake was able to get out the same day and get the repair done very quickly! Now we’re back up and running with heat! I definitely recommend Jake from Comfort Heating, he was awesome and found the problem right away.

Great experience with Comfort Heating. Haylee, from the office, was so professional and patient. I know she was having an especially busy day the day I called needing service. She was wonderful to work with and scheduled a repairman right away. The repairman that came to the house was Jake. He was also personable and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He and Haylee coordinated on getting parts and scheduled the repair for the next day. Comfort has great people and service. I highly recommend Comfort.
