Response to company below: The leak was not due to a clogged condensation line. It was due to their failure to glue a PVC joint at installation. It seems they are STILL trying to blame me rather than accept any responsibility. After thinking it over for a long time - I finally decided to do a review. CHC installed my heat pump unit in 2012. I considered alot of bids, and was ultimately the most happy with theirs. And the system has mostly operated well. So, that's the good part.
