Time for a tune-up and cleaning. Customer service was excellent. I was able to schedule service quickly. Owen H. arrived at requested time. He identified several areas that will need attention in the next few years. He explained everything clearly. Finished service and now it's like new. I highly recomend Comfort Gallery and Owen H.
I had 3 contractors stop out to quote my new AC install. Paul sent out his top technicians who talked me through everything they were seeing. Not only was their price cheaper for a better product, they also did extra, fixing components from the furnace install by the previous owners that were done incorrectly. Paul and his employees showed great professional from start to finish. I called for a quote and he drove over within a couple hours. He fixed the gas log that was already there free of charge and gave me a quote for his Kozy Heat gas insert brand that was competitive compared to others in the area. The team installed the unit on time and worked with my contractor to make certain the gas insert would fit with the structure we were putting up.
