Wonderful customer service. The particular technician who came to my home to clean and repair my gas fireplace did an amazing job. It looks like I have a brand new fireplace. He did repairs efficiently and left zero mess behind. I had a few questions a few days after, and he was quick to return, check out my fireplace, and answer all the questions that I had. This is a business that I will be quick to recommend.
I called them for assistance for my gas fireplace. Spoke with Pat who walked us thru with trouble shooting, he gave us step by step over the phone to get the fireplace going again!

The staff here went above and beyond to make sure everything was communicated to us and installed correctly. Their service exceeded my expectations. The install took only a few hours and they were very careful and cleaned up all the old materials. Time for a tune-up and cleaning. Customer service was excellent. I was able to schedule service quickly. Owen H. arrived at requested time. He identified several areas that will need attention in the next few years. He explained everything clearly. Finished service and now it's like new. I highly recomend Comfort Gallery and Owen H.
