After using Comfort Engineering for my whole home generator I was informed that they also do HVAC. I called them to give them a try since they did an amazing job on my generator and also the fact I've had 2 nightmare HVAC companies come out to my house just for routine service the past year. As I suspected they a great job on my service call. Tuan was the nicest and most knowledgeable HVAC tech I've ever come in contact with. I will not be using any other company for my HVAC issues other than Comfort Engineering!!
I love this company. They designed the most state of the art air conditioning system for our 4700 sf home in Gulf Shores AL where heat and humidity are huge issues. Because they are based in New Orleans I had not been using them for annual routine maintenance. The local company I used was Climatemp. When I discovered I had a serious problem, I called Comfort E S in New Orleans. They sent out a 2 man crew from New Orleans led by Tuann. OMG! After shopping around for a whole home generator I landed upon Comfort engineered systems. I have had bad luck and good luck with people doing work for my home through the years as I'm sure most home owners have. I have to say I think this is the best company I have chosen to do work on my home through the years.
