I wish there was a negative star rating that I could give this company I had a problem with my AC and contacted elite to set up an appointment. A technician came. He stayed for 10 minutes, I paid him $200, then he left the AC still wasn't working properly so I contacted them again. Two weeks went by with no response and I received an electric bill of 891. I was actually hoping to talk to someone. I was charged 350 for a service that I wasn't really super convinced I needed, and I'm pretty disappointed to have learned that my furnace that was installed had a vent cap that was supposed to be removed and needs to be replaced. Concern for carbon monoxide was eluded to and this was the second time I had maintenance, only just noticed this time.
5/3/2017 Beware of this company! Rebates are being used to reduce the price and when you check on the status they always have an excuse why rebates have not been received. Numerous calls and emails have not resulted to any rebates. Gordon yells and make idle threats when you call to resolve the issue. The HVAC was installed 0n 10-09-15 and It has been more than a year and a half and I still have not received any rebates which were part of the proposal we signed.
