Hi My name is Ron and I’m confined to a wheelchair and have a full time carer. Approximately 12 months ago I purchased a Transfer Trolley from Karis Life which has been a great help to my mobility and transfer requirements Unfortunately 1 of the swivel seats became loose due to a broken seat bearing! Outstanding customer service from the team at Karis Life! My mother bought the Cesaro bed from them about 3 years ago and we were impressed with their knowledge and caring professional approach. The bed has worked perfectly this whole time, but a few weeks ago, the remote control cable started to fray. A quick phone call to Sibi resulted in a friendly delivery and installation by Thomas. We really appreciate this highly personalised service and would not hesitate to recommend Karis Life.
