Carmen, the dental hygienist I saw, was awesome! She was so patient & empathetic of my health issues. I was very anxious about the appointment, but Carmen made me feel less nervous. Her knowledge of my issues & her training skills really impressed me! This world could use more healthcare workers with her positive demeanor! It's incredibly rare these days! The office staff were very kind as well! It was an overall great experience! I would highly recommend them!
If you need dental work done Ottesen Family Dentistry is your best bet! The office is clean and cozy. The equipment is nice and up to date. And the staff is amazing, especially Dr. Ottesen. She is clearly a dentist whom is passionate about what she does and isn't just there to get your money like some other doctors may be. Very friendly and efficient office staff. Dentists and hygienists are kind, respectful, and caring. I have had multiple fillings and tooth repairs, and the work is fantastic. I have never had an issue requiring repeat visits for work completed. I trust and appreciate the quality and consistency.
Besides the fact that the staff is great, Dr. Wainwright himself is without a doubt the most gentle, most caring, and most patient-centric dentist I've ever had or known. If he's not your dentist, you're cheating yourself.
