Went for a routine cleaning an examination back in November 2024. Appointment was scheduled for 2pm, I got there at 1:45pm. After waiting until about 3pm (more than an hour) they finally saw me. They did a cleaning, which while rough I did feel like they did an okay job on. However they then said I had something close to 5 cavities, which to me was rather strange (since I had no pain or any issues up to that point.
