My experience has been very harrowing. Chose to go there because it is closer to where I live. I am paying for my negligence not to have consulted my colleagues who told me it is no good. 5 year old crown OI had dislodged and went there to get a new one. Temp Crown made by them gave extreme sensitivity and pain the very next day; because the impression was not done properly. The crown was made short leaving a gap. I could not chew on that side. I saw that all my procedures were paid what I owed up front so everything was covered. Only billed 2 insurance companies and not medicaid being my secondary insurance and humana dental is only partial coverage not full coverage and I had to get a lawyer involved to help me get them to send in the bill left saying I owed them to get the office to bill medicaid for rest of bill. Comfort Dental is the best place I’ve been. The staff, the hygienist and dentists are amazing. They help you feel relaxed, safe and comfortable. I can't say enough positive things about Comfort Dental. I am and have always been hesitant to go to the dentist...until l started going here! They have always been extra patient with me explaining everything (cost and details of treatment). I've even recommended Comfort Dental to my co-workers!
