Hire people who actually have a clue!
Been in pain for weeks and been here twice and they refuse to give me anything other than the least strong pain medication availible to tide me over until surgery. They were rude hung up on me and overall poor customer service will not be going back here ever ill take my money to someone who actually cares about their patients well being
I have been going here for three years. I have always had great experiences with the staff. They were friendly and seemed experienced. Until today! The all new staff was more than unpleasant too say the least! It was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. Their lack of experience and care for their patients is going to get someone hurt. I don't recommend this location!!
I was really upset with you guys. My husband has went 4-5 times, we were new there. He missed ONE appointment, due to him being at work. Where he works he cannot have a cell phone and is also on call, so they called him in at midnight. I highly doubt anyones first thought would be to call the dentist to cancel, especially when he does not know what time he will get off. horrible people i was lied to & treated like dirt. pulled my teeth then jammed my dentures in my mouth knowing that i had to drive back to st joseph, mo. the worst part was that i am diabetic & hadn't had any thing to eat. i tried to eat before starting the drive back to st joseph but couldn't because my whole face was numb. i wouldn't take my worst enemy there or recommend them to anybody. horrible horrible treatment uncaring people only cared that they got their money & the hell with you.. it is a wonder that i didn't have... read more
I had two teeth pulled last year. They were wonderful. No problems and nice as could be. Two days ago my daughter (13yrs) had to go in to have a baby tooth pulled (molar) that never fell out. Dr Applegate was just amazing with her. My daughter was so scared and Dr. Applegate made this so much easier on her. My daughter is no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Thank you so much to everyone at Comfort Dental. The staff is just amazing. Every last one of them!
