I congratulate this lady( Dee Rodriguez) who wrote the comment, because she wrote exactly the same thing that happened to me, the dentist is also rude, he treated me as I was bothering him, he is totally rude, his evaluation does not last more than 15 seconds and he soon leaves the room, leaving me full of doubt. I’ve been a patient at this dentist office for several years, but unfortunately, the experience has steadily declined — particularly when it comes to the front desk staff. Every time I call, I’m met with a tone that makes me feel like I’m bothering them just by reaching out. Simple questions are met with impatience, and there’s little effort to be courteous or helpful.
