This is the worst place service and joke if a place first when I walked in I scheduled cleaning for daughter and I lady was rude and said I didn't have one even though I had two texts showing I did. I was in there two weeks ago everything was fine I had a filing come out and filled they said I had a small cavity and I said I'll get it done when I get the cleaning done came in they filled cavity said they didn't have me down for cleaning I said ok I'll reschedule they said they had to do deep cleaning submit to insurance I sa... read more
My grandson had an appointment yesterday and they called saying they changed policies and such and had to move his appointment until today. Today when he arrived they said oh we changed policies on Tuesday and arent working on anyone under the age of 15!!!! Terrible customer service! Meanwhile my poor grandson is still in pain, idiots!!!!
Recommendedthe whole side of my face been swelled up for 6 days now. told to ask my doctor a question then get ahold of the on-call doctor. called him four times since yesterday no answer or call back. now I'm stuck going to emergency room not a time where you don't want to go to emergency room. not counting my immune system is suppressed so I shouldn't be going in there. all because he can't answer his phone and send in some antibiotics good looking out
My dental work is never easy, somehow, though, the staff here did a remarkable job. I sure do appreciate their price disclosure too. I can't say enough good things about this place. To them... "way to go and keep up the good work! I am very grateful for your service."
Boyfriend went took 3 hours to fill a tooth and pull one tooth was still in pain 3 weeks later then pieces of the tooth started sticking out so he pulled them out they broke up the tooth and didn’t get it all out
My son has autism and no dentist in town would see him, but this place. They went over and beyond to make him comfortable. They took their time with him. Love it Dr. Tony is the best I've switched to them myself
They care a lot about you, your comfort and feelings towards things, whether you're new or not. I Always have a wonderful experience. I've had two emergency and they took me in the same day and I walked out with fixed teeth within my budget. They do whatever they can to help you. Personally, financially and physically and that's the best part about them. Will definitely be sticking with these dentist for my dental needs. Greatest dentist I've ever had in my entire life!
