Dentist is a really nice guy, but the office staff are real asses. We are in need of some paperwork to verify my husband was at their office and what was done so we can turn in a claim to Aflac, but they are now refusing to give us anything at all. Now, keep in mind this is his 3rd visit and they gave him paperwork the first 2 visits, but now all of sudden they refuse to give us anything, saying someone has left a sticky note on the file not to give us anymore paperwork.
