Poor customer service. Every time I have had to visit (because the other office was closed), I've had issues! Nobody ever seems to have any answers to common questions, very irritating!!!
This place is amazing I been going there since 2012 until now... The staffs and the doctors are great. They make you feel welcome and at ease. I used to fear dental work until I met Dr. Mat he is the best dentist ever an excellent and I will not look elsewhere for my dental care.. You guys should try Comfort dental it will change your whole perception of care.. Have a time and thank you for the wonderful care you give your clients. ❤️
I honestly never say nothing wrong especially taking time on fb but damn these people just got me going to earily. The sigb says the open mon thru fri 730to 730 even on the web. No people they are not. I left that place at 750 and no one ever showed. I called and left 4 message for aome to call back and did they. Hell no. I called the, at about 1018 some one finally answer the phone. I don't normally post bad things about business but considering this is the second time this dentist has done my family bad, I want to let possible new clients now what they are dealing with before they think about going to this dentist! They treat there patients like crap, do dental work that will cause u to spend a lot more in the future!!! The office mgr talks to customers like they are dumb!!! WONT be going back!!!!!
If there was an option to give them no stars I will! This place is one of the most terrible places on earth dealing with braces!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Veronica is rude and especially LESTER or whatever his name is!! The WORST PLACE ON THIS EARTH!!!
