I called a few different companies and most didn't want to work with my roof. When I found this company, they were prompt to help me. Fair price and the work was done very fast. I recommend it.
We just redid our roof. It was great. I higly recommend this company in Tampa area.
Their salesman Geoffrey came out,didn't even get up on the roof and gave us an quote. When I questioned him he said he'd been with them for years and had it figured out. We should have backed out right then but instead we signed a contract and gave him $1000 deposit. We were told they couldn't do the install until March 2025. Bad move using Comfort Cover for your roof, They never respond to warranty repairs, roof seams are coming apart and when we called for warranty repair , we were told to put a tarp over our roof, as they have no date to come out and make repairs. The excuse given was "All of our warranty repair staff are out sick" which is highly unlikely. They are not worth the trouble and you may be better off using a tarp for a roof as their product seems to be of poor quality
