I contacted the Company around 8 am and by 1015 I had a technician come out right away. Larry came out and spend 45 minutes on the repair. Larry was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and get my unit working right away. Additionally, he was able to discuss maintenance plans to ensure the unit work fine at all times.

Larry understood the seriousness of my situation and got the work done early, quicky, and, as far as I can tell, effectively. No BS prices like some others out there who try to take advantage of you in a desperate moment. I appreciate the professionalism.

Larry has installed and provided professional services for my HVAC and A/C systems for over 10 years. Larry and his staff has been a joy to work with and I’m looking forward on getting future products and services for the next 10 and beyond years.

Larry came on a holiday weekend to assist with repair of our HVAC. He was polite and knowledgeable with helping with water leaking from our HVAC unit. He installed this unit 10 years ago and advised the semi annual maintenance plan, which was reasonably priced and likely would have prevented the problem we were having. Definitely recommend Comfort Control.
