Service technician did a great job explaining how a heat pump system worked (I have not had a heat pump before). He showed me step-by-step how he was inspecting the system and how it was operating within parameters or not.
My furnace would not function properly, i.e. it turned on, but would not light the furnace. I turn the furnace off since it was jut blowing cold air. I turned it back on and it worked fine. The tech arrived and checked everything out. He told me that if it happen again, to leave the furnace on and call. The tech was professional and checked the whole system out. Whatever it was,it went away because I turned the system off. I still am glad that the tech came out and made sure the system was working properly.

They provided timely service and advice. Basic advice was useful, free, and was willingly offered. Further advice was well worth their fee. I would recommend their service. Of all the heating and a/c companies we contacted they were by far the most professional in applying ACCH standards.
Home survey & estimate were very detailed & thorough. Installation was very professional & neat. We were kept well informed as the installation progressed. CC provided the training on how to operate the system (i.e. intelligent controllers, air cleaner & humidifier). CC provided information on Duke Power & Carrier rebates that we weren't aware of.
Job completed efficiently and well. Left everything neat and clean.
Our unit has just been installed so I cannot give any long term rating, but thus far we have been very pleased with our contractor's knowledge and customer service.

Got in touch with Kevin at Comfort Central on a Saturday morning around 8:30. Had a condensor for a heat pump not working. Kevin came the same day at 11:00 AM and looked at my system and determined it had a bad compressor and needed to be replaced with a matched system. He gave me a quote on a new system and was very good providing detailed info on what I need for my new system to work. He took SF and provided me two quotes for two high eff. systems.
