Nate was very professional explained everything and detail will definitely recommend this company and his service was exceptional
Came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Said it would be 5-7 days for a part. No communication after 7 days. Part was supposedly MIA (which I only found out after calling to ask about). A few days went by with unclear communication about how to move forward/if the part was reordered, lost, etc. Finally, after many calls and days, we were told they had no idea when the part would come in and that maybe we should just get an entirely new A/C unit if we wanted it done quickly.
