The service technician was knowledgeable and had the parts with him to fix the problem. I feel you can trust them to treat you fairly and try to keep the cost of repairs minimal. Charlotte Perotti Govro Comfort Care Heating and Cooling in Kaiser MO … We use them and they are the Best we Believe !!! Installed our original Heating and Cooling System when home was built in 2003 after fire damage (soot damage) was here immediately to take care of furnace which got damaged from soot … THEY ARE THE BEST !!!!
We purchased a new unit and it only lasted a couple years before it went out and already had to be recharged and the tech that was sent out was an older man and he spent more time sitting in his car smoking cigarettes then he did working on the problem. This was our first Bryant unit but will never purchase another one, I will go back to a Trane next time I have to purchase one.Paying that much and then in 3 years having to spend another thousand dollars to fix it is not ideal to me.
