Our heater did not kick on all night long on Monday night Tuesday morning my wife called Comfort by Design Tuesday morning at 8 o’clock and by 3 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, the service technician was at our house to take a look at our thermostat in our heater. We have an boiler/underfloor heating system. It acted up while I was traveling for business, and their tech did a great job of not only fixing the issue, but also explaining to my wife and daughter what had happened and what he was doing to fix it. Not cheap, but seems to have done an excellent job.
