My landlord/real estate agent Lisa (Li) Chen is the worst landlord and agent ever. She is demanding, money hungry, greedy. Buyer beware, never use her to rent from or to buy from. She is horrible to work with, constant text messaging all day long while you are at work. She told me I could have a roommate, she even told me how to do it on Craig's List (controlling person) and now she wants to increase every thing which is not on the lease. Don't rent from her, you will have nothing but problems after problems.
