Had the displeasure of working for this place. Their scheduling app never works and they never answer their phone. And instead of calling/texting I had to read my junk email to find out I was let go. Don't use their services.
When our mother was sent home from hospital rather than to a post-surgical rehab unit, ComforCare saved our sanity. The arrangements were all set up within a few hours of calling them, and Michelle answered all our questions; further questions were quickly answered by text. Meaghan, the PSW, was *excellent*. She not only helped take care of our mother's recovery needs but she also helped reorganise the apartment so our mother could do as much as possible by herself and quickly regain her independence.
