RecommendedI’ve been using ComForCare for the last three years to help with my mom. The team is wonderful in providing companionship and support for my mom when she is sick or needs some extra support. I know I can count on them to keep an eye on my mom when I can’t be there. It gives her a friend to talk to, someone to help her around the house, and peace of mind for me and my family. Highly recommend the entire team.
Thank you for taking such good care of my dying mother. Tonya and Dawn were so attentive to her needs. The office staff is amazing, especially Teresa and Suzy. Again, I can't thank you enough for the astounding service you provided her. You treat my family like your family. And that's how it should be!
I have been especially blessed by the person who cares for me and my home. She recently saved my life (literally), as I would have bled out by the following morning. Can you ask more of another person. I have a helper whom I trust implicitly. It is a joy to work with ComForCare and it's staff. When, Lydia, my caregiver, is with me I am at rest. With 35 years of working for the Air Force, in many varying capacities, I know good help & management when I see it and here I have found it all.

When my mother-in-law passed away I called to let them know we did not need our aide anymore they said ok and they would let the aide know. That same day our aide shows up not knowing she passed away. I was the one who had to let her know. I called them back to see why they didn’t tell her and their response was.. well we were just so busy and had things going on and we didn’t have time to call her!! Not very professional at all. I would not recommend this company! 😡

They will charge you for services not received. They will send people without telling you and then send a bill. Never did we receive adequate helpful care. Horrible management!! You will receive a collections bill as your first bill. As if you’re not going through enough. Save your money and stress level!!! Do not use this company!!
Actually show up. Hired this company and after contract was signed, they never called me to set anything up. After a month, I called them to ask what was going on. I get a text, I ask them to call me and they did. They told me they would be out the next day. Well the next day i get a text from the owner saying the person was sick and couldn't come in and they would get me a note.
