My mother thought Tashala was great! She was responsive to her needs, she made my mother feel very comfortable, she did not over share. In sum, she was the favorite caregiver that she’s ever had.
Unfortunately I can't give a good review. I understand people have to do your job but when you are innocent and you put someone on leave and didn't communicate in what's going on. Now some caregiver did some theft and they do called suspended everyone from that location. They asked if I noticed anything, first of all I'm new to this company and I don't know who works where we don't communicate with other caregivers so how would I know anything. 3 weeks later I texted to find out what's going on no response.
