In the short time that I have been employed PRN with ComForCare I have really enjoy going to check on the few clients that I have a few days a week. I have become very familiar with them and their routines. I try to make them feel seen and heard addressing any concerns they may have, plus they also look forward to me coming, if I'm early they pay attention to the small details and will be like you are early today lol or the questions of will you be coming back tomorrow.
