Their personnel are prompt, courteous, supportive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile in making their presence a pleasant experience for the care receiver. They have been flexible for scheduling to accommodate our needs as they occasionally change from time to time.
ComforCare has been so easy to work with. When our caregiver, who had been with us almost full time for 14 months, moved away Alan was on the phone and had a new caregiver lined up within days. We had a virtually seamless transition to the new caregiver. The quality of the caregivers at ComforCare has been excellent in our experience.
