When my mother-in-law passed away I called to let them know we did not need our aide anymore they said ok and they would let the aide know. That same day our aide shows up not knowing she passed away. I was the one who had to let her know. I called them back to see why they didn’t tell her and their response was.. well we were just so busy and had things going on and we didn’t have time to call her!! Not very professional at all. I would not recommend this company! 😡
The home healthcare worker was wonderful, but the owners are morally reprehensible. They took advantage of our crisis situation and overcharged for their services. After seeing the same review above posted on Google, the owner sent me a barrage of text messages threatening legal action. Then, I received a letter from his lawyer telling me I would be served with a lawsuit for defamation if I did not remove the post. RecommendedComForCare is doing a wonderful job caring for my mom. She is 91 and they come on Mondays and Friday for 2 hours. They run her errands, do her housework and keep her company. I highly recommend them!
