They are reliable, show up on time, are very good, and work well with my 90 year-old father.
Aides are caring, experienced. All 3 of our aides work their full hour giving compassionate, quality care.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. John spoke to me like I am a bad child that needs to be disciplined instead of like a valued client over a simple misunderstanding. We will never have this company in our home again. Highly unprofessional although the owner did call and was very kind, the damage had already been done. So very sad to treat a client this way. Comforcare Strongsville has a strong teamwork approach, that is evidence in their caring and sharp observational skills. Deb Vermillion, RN is your advocate in everyway. I am in healthcare, and know what standards are, and theirs are high quality every day. We had an aide 5 days/week and it went as asked.
