Lori is truly amazing, her care and compassion is overwhelming. I am so happy that she can partner with us (Aspen Hospice) as well as so many people in the great Bastrop/Austin market.

Be forewarned. Lori, the lead rep for comforcare in Lakeway Texas, was not kind or professional. She was pushy and rude to my family in the last days of my father-in-law's life. We asked for help from comforcare, as my mother-in-law was the sole caretaker for our dad and his care was taking a toll on her health. We were introduced to a young lady from comforcare that did not meet our expectations for taking care of our loved one and requested the service be canceled as we find an RN to administer medical care at home. Lori is amazing. She is so good to my mom. She’s very knowledgeable and resourceful and helped me through a really hard time. It’s hard to find someone who knows all of these things that my mom actually likes. She is phenomenal. Thank you so much for everything you did and continue to do for our family.
