We filed a complaint with the BBB against this company. COMFACTOR has shown no interest in working together to resolve the issue. Instead, they are blaming and attacking us. As customers, we are very disappointed with the way COMFACTOR handles our complaints. This company is definitely not trustworthy anymore.
