I was passing through Houston on my way to Colorado and I chipped some bonding on my tooth. I used Yelp to find a dentest open on Saturdays. There were several but after talking to them I wouldn't let them touch me. I finally spoke to U9 Dentist and the front desk girls were extremely knowledgeable , polite, and accommodating so I chose them. They also gave me a price before they did the work which I liked. I love this dental office. Every time I come there everyone from the staff to the doctor all treat me nice and professional.
The staff was great, detailed, and professional.
The whole staff is always great from the time you walk in the door! They remember my 3 boys & all the things going on with them outside the dentist which make is easier for my sons to trust them! I always have Saturday appointment which is a major plus being a working mom!
Dr. Luong proved to me that she is an excellently trained dentist. She spent a long time with me explaining the results of the exam so that I could understand them. She also addressed more serious implications such as sleep apnea and explained how the structure of my jaw is causing sleep problems, and how to address those problems with a referral to an oral surgeon.
Was referred by my orthodontist to U9 dental and Dr. Luong and they have been my primary dentist since that time. Always welcoming with the friendliest staff that I have ever come across. Also, great communications via text and email for upcoming appointments. But above all else they do great work and I feel my family's oral health is in great hands with them.
Great staff and care of my teeth. You keep my smile pretty. Excellent front desk customer service too.
