DO NOT USE THE COMET CLEANER ON JBS PARKWAY. I have always taken my granddaughter’s pageant dresses there. I recently dropped off 2 dresses that I bought for local pageant. This is usually $20.00 a dress. THEY TRIED TO CHARHE ME $99.00!!!!!! For what? They said I was being charged if they messed up the dresses. I asked are the dresses messed up? They said no. I’ve used this location for a few years now but recently the service has gone way down. I use the express bag drop (because the employees act aggravated that they have to come to the door) and twice they did not take the bag out in time to have my clothes done in the same day. I get there around 7am every time. I wasn’t even offered a discount for their short comings. I had to make 3 trips to get my clothes this time!

Never get the starch right. Ask for heavy, you get light or none at all. I even have a their bag with tag and didn't even get them pressed at all. Really like the cashiers, just don't like the inconsistency.
