Getting rude, they don't answer calls we called like 15x to ask if they could wait 5 minutes an hr before closing, no answer... got there 2 minutes after closed the lady just looked at us after counting the money, got her stuff and walked out the front door locked it and walked away with her eyes rolled. She's new in her like 40s or something...our clothes have been a little rough lately! We have been coming here like 8 years...never had issues like this!! Nice staff, but prices are a little higher than others.
Same day service is a lie. I have gone twice already before the cutoff time for same day service just to be told it will be the next day. After this I will be going to another buisness that follows through with their promises.
Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Comet Cleaners, and it has continued to get worse. I take in heavy-starched jeans, and this last visit was extremely disappointing. Half of the jeans barely seemed starched at all, while the other pair came back folded instead of properly pressed, with several uneven lines and creases.
