I have been a loyal customer for years. Recently I have had items left out of my laundry. I have been multiple times to pick up my laundry at the quoted 5:30 pick up time and it’s either not there or like right now. 1/2 of my order arrives and they politely ask me to pay for my $60+ tab so I don’t have to worry about another separate charge.
