From being the best bank I ever banked with under the leadership of John Cabigon, it has became worse and worse since he transferred to another branch. Today is the day I reached the end of my rope with them and I intend to close all my business and personal accounts for me and my family soon. They have no respect or appreciation for client loyalty and their customer service is non-existent. If I could give them minus 10 stars I would because in my opinion that is what they now deserve.
Regarding Victoria Henderson (Del Mar Heights, San Diego Banking Center Manager) I’m sure she recalls me opening a new checking account last December, 2018 due to a hacking of my Venmo account. She assured me that this new account would be visible to me on Comerica web banking so that I’d be able to manage it. Then, two months later, I logged in and it STILL WAS NOT visible so she made a personal trip to my home to provide me with a hard copy balance statement for this account (very kind), which was necessary for sponsoring ... read more
