The branch manager Casey McCleary took my call personally - - no chatbots, no central answering service - - and invited me to come in to open my bank account. The banker, Diego Cabra, opened my account within minutes, explained the bank offerings and helped me setup my access. He listened when asked questions about updating contact information and beneficiaries.
